Falling
Starting over, under the stairs,
Where shadows whisper forgotten prayers.A new chapter calls, I must rise alone, On these trembling legs, I carve my throne.
It’s going to be okay, I remind my heart,
Time to let go, to make a new start.
Life’s cycles churn, pulling me deep,
Into the core where my truths keep.
Is it my consciousness, my soul’s refrain, Seeking love, yet drawn to its pain? I crave the connections that ignite my flame, Raw, unfiltered, love without shame.
Compassion flows, a river wide,
Through grief, through joy, where I reside. I write my stories to guide the lost, Each page a bridge, no matter the cost.
Grieving the ghosts of relationships past, Another life left behind, but love holds fast. From humble beginnings, I rise and grow, Music and words let my essence flow.
Everything down, on paper it stays,
Books outlive even fleeting days.
A piece of history, a fragment of me,
Rooted in love’s eternal sea.
Falling from holes, but catching the light,Resilient, I bloom through shadow and night. For love is the compass, resilience the key, To rise from the depths and set myself free.
